Materials and properties to be used:

  • All materials are AISI quality stainless steel
  • 2nd wall, indirect steam pressure 2 Bar (atmospheres open)
  • Lower mix motor 22 kW 0-3000 rpm. (Inverter controlled)
  • Upper mixer reducer 2,2 kW 61 rpm. (Brake reducer)
  • DN 65 product output with actuated butterfly valve and filter after output (800 m)
  • Product additional input (with funnel)
  • Vacuum tube is available for picking up unwanted odors.
  • Pneumatic piston is available to overcome the process boiler
  • Pneumatic piston lifting system is available.
  • 2 bar Direct Steam input and 1 "steam filter in 0.1 micron filtration range.
  • Manometer with 1 to 6 bar indication is available.
  • 1 "Nw32 (opens in overpressure) safety valve (set to 0.5 Bar).

  • There are 2 cip boilers (Acid-Caustic) on the platform
  • There is 1 hot water boiler on the platform. (The balancing tank is used for the hot water supply to the surface of the tank.The heating operation is in the form of a coil spring, the steam inlet is pneumatic, and the steam outlet is the condenser.)
  • There are 2 0.37 kW centrifugal pumps in front of the cip boilers,
  • There are 400 lt Balance Tank on the platform, (walled)
  • There is a 0.37 kW 37 rpm reducer on the balance tank and a reducer mixer wing system.(The mixer wing system is lapping on the body and with lama stripper and on the conical part, it is Teflon stripper.)
  • One 1.5 kW 5000 lt / h lobe pump is available for transferring the product from the balance tank.
  • Filling process is pneumatic piston valve. (time adjusted)
  • The lower platform is from perforated sheet and the lower platform has 2 separate chassis.
  • On the lower platform, there are legs and under legs there is setting screws with rubber tread.

Lift  System

  • Body sheet 5 mm and 2B-304 quality stainless steel.
  • There is a chain system that allows up and down movement.
  • Chain system reducer is 1,1 kW 24 rpm and with speed controlled. (Inverter system)
  • There are 2 lift wheels with 180 lt volume
  • There is a special cage made of stainless steel wire in the area where the lift system is located.

It makes production according to TS EN ISO 3834 welding production qualification standards and certified by Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 / EC Annex 1, Item 3.1.3 and TS EN ISO 9712: 2013 Standards. Non-destructive inspections are carried out by personnel with liquid penetrant inspection (PT Level 2) certification. The welded zones are first class polished inside and outside.
