Technology
Entirely built in AISI 304 S.S and the surfaces ,helix which come into contact with product are teflon covered. Special designed Stretching Hopper for fibrous Tongue cheese.
- Moulds Conveyor with cooling system allows variety of cheese measurement Possibilty to work with closed recycling of ıcy water for hygenic.
- Pneumatic knives for footstuffs.
- Cooling Pool allows the product hardening before packaging(250 lt-500lt)
