  • All parts in contact with foodstuffs are coated in non-stick ptfe.
  • Kneading Machine with diving arms to allow to give to the product which is coming from Load Hopper the desired moisture degree by brine water that comes from Brine Water Heating Tank by pump.
  • KRMZ Kneading and Moulding Machines has Load Hopper with knife, teflon covered hopper basin.Brine Water Heating Tank wiht circulation,digital thermometer,electrical panel,special designed Moulding Drum.
  • Moulding Machine After Stretching of product, the curd is transferred to the moulding drum by manually. Possibility to mould very quick by augers feeding.
  • KRMZ-Hardening Vat is entirely made of AISI 304 S.S and metarials for foodstuffs.800 kg product/h capacity, it has moduler Cheese Trnasporting Plane, Extraction Belt, Circulation Pump, Plated cooler
