Technical Data of KRC-CECIL (Fibrous) Cheese Machine
- After brining and resting of cheese parts put input of machine as manual loading
- Machine is working comb style and to make fibrous of cheese structure
- Works with squeezing of upper and bottom side and gives as result between the 2 mm and 20 mm fibrous in order to get fibrous forms.
- Entirely built according to the European Regulation CE.

- Entirely built in AISI 304 S.S and the surfaces ,helix which come into contact with product are teflon covered.
